Thursday brought with it exciting news: the Linden-promised chance to become Fairelander in name, not just in spirit! There is now a vendor on The Golden Hour where one can purchase a coupon for an official Second Life name change that will give you Fairelander as surname. All the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society, but the offer is valid only through the Faire, and the support ticket must be filled before May 8th, so don’t just buy it and wait. The LitFest Tours traveled to Ogham Grove, poetry, parties and performances filled the day: there is always something to see, do and experience in the Fairelands!
Today is the second Friday of the Faire and that means the Jail & Bail of Alia Baroque! Not that there’s any bail. Nor actually a jail, either. There’s event-exclusive skins from Fallen Gods Inc. though, never to be sold again! There’s also a dragon waking up from his slumber in Avalon. Is this a good thing? Is this a terribly bad thing?
