It had been a long year. Long months, days, sometimes even hours, stretching into intolerable Waiting, heartbeats slowed by the mundane, the colours fading into grey.
Time seemed to crawl, as if an invisible force had pulled the line upwards so each minute took longer than the previous, like all the clocks were fighting an uphill battle one brave second at a time.
The last second was the longest, holding the heartbeat of all the gathered Fairelanders, all the Tribes of Imagination, holding it, holding the collective breath of thousands, and then miraculously the clock struck noon.
The portals opened, the voice of Her High Faireness called over the air, called and welcomed us back home again.
With each step of feet, paws, hooves, with each beat of wings, the Fairelanders brought Life back into the Fairelands. They moved in, every moment of exploration and delight breathing life, purpose, story into the welcoming lands. Each new sight and moment of magic pulled into being by countless eyes, limitless hearts. Limitless hearts, endless stories.
Faire is people. People who are back home again.

Today the events begin conquering your calendars. Performances in Growanda, DJ parties on the deck of the FaireChylde in Silevea, Literary and Film Festival openings in Samsara, the first of the LitFestTours, roleplay with Desert Foxes, the first roleplay class, and also our first Jail & Bail of the Faire featuring Lindens and Moles that have run away to join the circus! Don’t look at me, I have no idea, but I am going to go and investigamate! 1-3 PM SLT on The Golden Hour! Be there or be …boopieless?
