Rox Arten, the creator and owner of Secrets of Gaia, sponsors the region of Fairelands Junction this year. She has been a part of the Faire for many years, and this time she was even captured and jailed by the Tiny Paw of Law! She showcases her Faire releases, talks of what the Faire means to her, and plans her shoppings and photographing well.
Do you love the Fairelands? Do you wish you could simply buy Faire mementos of reasonable price without having to go into bidding wars or games of chance with gacha? We have a solution for you: The Days of the Faire Banners. Each banner was created by Alia Baroque to feature as the header of our website, and they showcase the splendor of the Fairelands of this year as captured by our talented photographers: Sunny Difference, Sachi (Vix Zhou), Caitlin Tobias, Adair (Nadjanator), Wildstar Beaumont, JustenTyme, Tamzin Xigalia and Sukubia Scarmon.
Since we have eighteen Fairelands this year and we are only on our twelfth day there will still be new banners to come. Check back daily all the way to May 10th.
The Days of the Faire Banner Collection is available at Ambigula.
Do you love exploring the Fairelands? Do you love stories and lore? Do you vow not to sleep until the Fairelands fade into the Mists? Well, we might have some extra things for you to do!
In Spirit Valley of Kuruk you can find Story Stones allover the valley, as well as bears who live there. Clicking on the Story Stones gives you more information about the history of Kuruk, and clicking on the bears lets you know what’s on their mind.
Natalie Montagne, the owner and curator of The Lost Unicorn Gallery, sponsors the Fairelands’ Art Galleries. She shares exciting news of the Gallery’s expansion, their latest exhibitions, and also of her Faire plans for this year.
The eleventh day of the Faire, the Sunday of the second weekend, used to be the last day of the Faire for many years. We always had some extra unofficial days given to us by the Higher Powers Known as Lindens, but they were always on bonus time, with no guarantee how long they’d last.
These days — years — we have extended the duration of the Faire with another official week, to give everyone time to explore the Fairelands thoroughly, to find each and every store, and to finish the Fairelands Quest. That particular Sunday still marks the end of the official event schedule, culminating in the Live Auction and the Shindig after it.
