This Month on Fantasy Faire Radio: November 2019

Thank you for tuning in and spreading the word about Fantasy Faire Radio. In spite of the slings and arrows of outrageous grid instabilities, we are very proud of the rebroadcasts of Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein”, and the live broadcast of Robert Louis Stevenson’s “The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde.”  Special thanks goes to CeeJay Writer and Seanchai Library for hosting listening parties for the October 19th and 20th events.

There are no special events scheduled for November (which tends to fly by at light speed anyhow). Plans are in the works for both December and possibly January.  Stay tuned (and see below)!

** THE STRANGE CASE OF DR JEKYLL & MR HYDE encore scheduled. The performance was terrific – the broadcast went on despite the difficulties with the Second Life Grid. We got a great recording and we’ll be adding it to the FFR library of special productions.

We are pleased to announce that there will be an encore live broadcast in late December, held as an event in SL. So if you missed it this past month, just hang on.  The Dickens Project will be hosting the encore on Sunday, December 29th at 2pm slt.  More details next month.

** THE FOURTH TOWER OF INVERNESS continues this month on Saturdays at 10am slt. Join the intrepid Jack Flanders, as he delves deeper and deeper into the surreal depths of the mysterious Fourth Tower – where time and space shift, intertwine, unravel, and the unexpected is commonplace. This 13-episode series will conclude this month, with the final episode airing on November 30th.
