Thursday brought us a busy day of roleplay, dance performances and our very first Questions & Answers session with our World Builders!
The Rickety Weasels found and filled the Well of Wisdom with the help of the Faire Folk, bringing their relayed amount to a total of 225,000 lindens since they began trying to save Poppetsborough. The Faire Folk has definitely filled the wells with charity and kindness!
The Origins of Sanctuary continued their Trial of Lut in the Spires of Andolys and NeoLondoners went on to recreate the event that had caused the curse in Aurora to see if that would undo the curse.
In the Literary Festival we had an Open Mic session, Tales of Fantasy and Faerie and a Good Omens discussion with Aoife Lorefield.
Poseidon’s Abyss held the dance performances “RFL Butterfly Strong” by JenzZa Misfit and “Fantasme” by The Night Theater.
The Questions and Answers session with World Builders started in Ichi-go Ichi-e and after a couple of hours of relaxed chatting on what it is like to build the Fairelands, something miraculous happened: a BUS appeared! And not just any bus, a LOBSTER BUS! (Sponsored by Lobster Inc.) The bus will be doing its irregularly regular rounds through the Fairelands. If you see it, hop on to enjoy the ride!
Today we have the Jail and Bail of Alia Baroque in Odyssey 1-4pm! Come witness how many tinies it took to capture him and see what he has to say about his fate! The jail preparation begins at 1pm with the accused being escorted to the trial at 2pm.
Poseidon’s Abyss has Chang High Sisters joining our impressive entertainment schedule at 12-1pm. “RFL Butterfly Strong” by JenzZa Misfit is at a Europe-friendly time of 9:30-10am, go catch it now if it’s been too late for you earlier! “Phantasme” by The Night Theater performs 8-9pm, slightly later than before.
The Literary Festival has a morning discussion on Is Fantasy Always About Endings? at 8-9am in Sylvan of Spells.
There’s also Drax Files podcast’s Live recording and broadcast going on 10:30-11:30am you should definitely listen to! The recording takes place in Poseidon’s Abyss and interviews Her High Faireness Elizabeth Tinsley, Lorin Tone, one of our sponsors, Stevie Basevi, leader of one of our roleplay groups, and Alisaundra Andel, one of our official photographers.
Today’s also the day we begin yet another new tradition: a May Day Masked Ball that takes place in Poseidon’s Abyss 5-7pm SLT! The Ball is hosted by DJ Gabrielle Riel of Radio Riel, our official media partner. This is also your last chance to vote for the King and Queen of Fantasy Faire for the results will be announced in the Ball!
In addition we have DJs Silverfox Rainbow (12-2pm) and Ariadne Fall (7-9pm) on Fantasy Faire Radio. Make sure to tune in and listen, just enable the music stream when in the Fairelands or check the FFR information here.
Remember that the Silent Auction of one of a kind items and amazing fatpack deals is going on in the Fairelands Junction, the auction will close on Saturday 2nd at 5PM SLT.
