Vitabela Dubrovna, one of the creators behind Boudoir, shares with us their reasons to sponsor the Faire, the foundation of their creativity and their love for fantasy.
This is your first year sponsoring Fantasy Faire. What made you decide to become a sponsor?
I think it is naturally that brand Boudoir as well known Fantasy brand and also multiple awarded for various categories, including Fantasy fashion contribute for such big event and gathering of the best fantasy designers around the grid. It’s both pleasure and honor to support and be a part of Fantasy Fair.
How did you begin building in Second Life? What inspires you to create?
As the most people know Precious and me are twins sisters and real life designers and artists with the real life studio with couture designs. The Second Life gave us this opportunity to create really fantasy clothes which would be quite hard to sell in real life but here we found really nice and big audience from around the world. This inspires us the most. We began building after 1 year roleplaying, I guess it was just matter of time when I will rezz my first box and start with this virtual experiment. Eventually work payed off and now we are running 6th year in SL and still growing.
What are you bringing to the Faire this year? Give us some sneak peeks or teasers!
Beautiful new Fantasy outfits, lovely furniture and garden items.
What calls you to fantasy? When was the first time you encountered the genre and realized you enjoyed it?
We’ve been always into everything fantasy, the theme is so wide and exploring never ends, there is no limit for the imagination and that is the best part of it.
Do you have a favourite Faire memory? What are you looking forward to most this year?
The best thing is exploring and walking through sims which are more beautiful, interesting and imaginative every year.
Thank you, Vitabela, for taking the time to talk with us. Thank you, Boudoir, for being a part of the Fairelands!
